There are four warehouses in China where you can send your shipment to Blue Bull Logistics: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, and Yiwu. You can tell your different Chinese suppliers to send cargo to our same warehouse. After the goods are shipped by suppliers or by yourself, please remember to synchronize the domestic logistics order number to the Blue Bull staff, so that we can follow up on the logistics trends on time and let the warehouse work Personnel pay attention to signing for packages.

After receiving the package, our warehouse team will carefully check the cargo information such as quantity, packaging, and any damage that may have occurred during transit. We will take photos and videos of the package and confirm the details with you to avoid any mistakes or oversights in packaging, damage, or scratches, ensuring that your shipment is handled with utmost care and attention. If repackaging is needed, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that your cargo is properly prepared for its next journey.

If you are shipping raw wood items such as wood pallets or crates internationally, they may require fumigation before shipment. However, man-made materials like cardboard and particleboard are exempt from this requirement. At Blue Bull, we can assist you in checking whether your cargo needs a fumigation certificate. If required, we can also help connect you to the appropriate service.

After receiving and packaging the goods, they will be entered into the Blue Bull Logistics system and assigned a unique tracking number for easy shipment tracking. Once shipping payment has been made, the container loading will be scheduled for the latest shipping date. Ideally, goods can be loaded into the container the next day after they arrive at the warehouse.

We have five self-operated warehouses in the United States located in Houston, Savannah, Miami, Los Angeles, and New York. Your cargo will be shipped to the port nearest to your location.

We will assist with customs clearance at the USA's port and arrange for back-end truck delivery to the warehouse. At the warehouse, the cargo will be unpacked and tallied before proceeding with door-to-door shipping. After that, Blue Bull's overseas staff will call the owner of the goods to make an appointment for delivery. Then our cooperating American local truck companies like the XPO and ABF will deliver the goods to your home within the appointment time (It can also support the cargo owner to pick up at Blue Bull's overseas warehouse).
